Pay rate - $22/hr.

Responsibilities

How will you make an impact?  

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintains confidential drug and alcohol program records in order to meet DOT and FAA requirements
  • Receive, review and update daily drug/alcohol test result records for DOT and Company Testing programs
  • Support D&A Program Analyst in review and update of test records for the Non DOT Random Drug Testing Program
  • Provide Pre-employment clearances to Talent Services and field managers
  • Complete requests from other companies for drug/alcohol records on former employees
  • Verify/add testing records in the Drug & Alcohol system
  • Prepare follow-up items with regard to affidavits and certificates of corrections to collection vendor
  • Set up and manage third party vendors for recruitment and hiring managers for pre-employment screens
  • Review/verify invoices and prepare for Manager's approval
  • Perform a variety of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly audits and prepare reports for regular internal audits
  • Prepare audit reports for annual FAA inspections
  • Interact with HROS, clinic staff, field managers, supervisors and third party vendors

Requirements

  • Minimum Age: 18
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Possess the legal right to work in the United States
  • Above average proficiency in Microsoft suite products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in an administrative/clerical role in an office environment
  • Excellent organization and time management skills; a driven self-starter
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with candidates, employees, managers and other stakeholders
  • Must possess the ability to make sound decisions
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships across the business
  • Ability to interpret and explain complex legal and/or regulatory terminology
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of data
  • Knowledge of Windows Office software applications, Word, PowerPoint and Excel with vlookup and formula proficiency
  • College degree and/or courses in Business Administration, Human Resources or other relevant areas preferred
  • Certifications in Compliance or Drug and Alcohol Programs desired preferred
  • Working knowledge of DARMA and SAP is preferred
  • Previous experience with Drug/Alcohol programs, Compliance, or Human Resources experience is a plus
  • Working experience dealing with confidential and sensitive information preferred
