Who are we looking for?
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or International equivalent
- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, Texas or Oklahoma state driver’s license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role
- Minimum of two years’ experience in Ground/Airport Handling type of operations
- Familiar with Marshalling Signals
- Valid National light vehicle and tow tractors driver’s license
- Familiar in the use of two way radio communication.
- In possession of a Basic Airside Induction Certificate.
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal/Written).
- Must be a self-starter and be able to find solutions in an austere environment.
- Previous experience as a Tow Crew Member preferred.
- Required to climb, stand, stoop, bend, stretch, crouch and work in tiring and uncomfortable positions.
- Frequently lifts parts and equipment up to 20 pounds. Occasionally lifts objects up to 50 pounds.
- Most heavy lifting is accomplished through the use of mechanical devices.
- May work in Aircraft maintenance hangar or on flight line.
- May be exposed to extreme noise from turbine and jet engine aircraft.
- May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles; may be exposed to electrical shock hazards or work near moving mechanical parts, vehicles, or aircraft.
