Responsibilities

  • Facilitate interactive learning sessions (in-person, virtual, and hybrid), including workshops, coaching conversations, and team development.
  • Adapt facilitation methods in real time to ensure understanding, engagement, and knowledge retention across varied audiences.
  • Create and implement evaluation tools to measure learning effectiveness, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead teambuilding and strengths-based development sessions (e.g., CliftonStrengths®) to support collaboration and leadership growth.
  • Design engaging presentations using data-informed principles and learning science methodologies.
  • Partners with leaders to assess learning needs through consultation, surveys, performance trends, and overall organizational goals.
  • Monitors participants' performance to discern potential learning-related challenges within the cohorts and recommend potential solutions.
  • Contribute to programs and initiatives that promote professional development and support organizational learning culture.
  • Continuously refine instructional practices and resources by integrating new technologies, tools, and insights aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.

 

What can you expect:

  • Responsibilities include roughly 70% facilitation, 20% consultation, and 10% curriculum design.
  • Training is primarily focus on team and leadership development.
  • Facilitation is both in-person and virtual using Microsoft Teams platform.
  • Use of Canva and Articulate is encouraged to develop and design learning materials.
  • This role may be based in a hybrid work setting with travel to as needed.
  • Ongoing learning is encouraged through certifications, conferences, and access to internal growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

  • 3 years’ experience as an instructor, facilitator, teacher, or organizational development professional looking to impact organizational development and deepen their experience on learning delivery, content design, and strategic facilitation.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse audiences and foster meaningful dialogue at all levels in both virtual and in-person environments.
  • Skilled adult-learning facilitator with the ability to lead learning discussions, encourage collaboration, explore multiple perspectives, and guide teams toward alignment by effectively align learning content to business goals.
  • Solid understanding of leadership development frameworks with the ability to translate theory into actionable, results-driven learning experiences.
  • Proficient in conducting needs assessments, evaluating training effectiveness, and applying continuous improvement strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering leadership development programs, with preference for those certified or experienced in FranklinCovey content.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with the ability to create polished learning materials, reports, and presentations (e.g., experience in Canva).
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed (approximately 25–40%) to support in-person training at various locations across the system.
  • Possess the legal right to work in the United States.
  • Ability to fluently speak, read, write and understand English.
