This is an opportunity to join a team dedicated to supporting business operations for a global organization. The HR Coordinator provides essential administrative and coordination support to both managers and employees across various HR subject matters, including policy, compliance, and program administration.

The HR Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and leadership requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses. This role also facilitates communication between administrative departments and the extended Human Resources team, helping to streamline processes and maintain service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track employee inquiries, escalating to appropriate HR teams when necessary.
  • Support HR Field Services with transactional, communication, and systems-related tasks.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with logistics for HR programs and events.
  • Ensure service requests are completed in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Educate employees and managers on available HR services and tools, encouraging self-service where applicable.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to share resources and maintain consistency in service delivery.
  • Provide support for compliance-related programs and projects under the guidance of HR leadership.

Position Requirements

Given the nature of the work and the HR Service Center’s role as the front-line service delivery organization for Human Resources, we seek candidates with:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in HR, business, or administration is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, administrative support, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  • HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP
  • 1-3 years of working in a similar organization / relevant experience
  • Experience as a HR practitioner in different industries and environments (e.g., union, federal contracting)
  • Spanish language fluency
