Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Business, or related technical field or two years of relevant job experience
- Operational experience in areas related to an Envoy hub or field operation
- Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel extensively with short notice (50% travel expected)
- Working knowledge of the Station Operating Manual, EGOM and Audit Controls
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
- Minimum age: 18
- Possess the legal right to work in the United States
Position Preferences
- Familiarity with Federal Aviation Regulations, exposure to Weight and Balance, Safety Management Systems (SMS), Baggage performance and Deicing programs
- Prior experience in airline management
- Prior experience working with regulatory agencies (FAA, DOD, IOSA, etc.)
Additional Position Details
- Candidates must fulfill a fingerprint based criminal background check to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable.
- Candidates must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, in addition to clearing other airport related requirements, if applicable.
- This position may be subject to the Department of Transportation (DOT). Federal law requires Envoy to determine a candidate’s history with the DOT drug and/or alcohol violation(s) or refusal(s) to test before hiring him/her into a safety-sensitive position.
