Responsibilities

The Administrator, Hub Learning works on-site at a designated hub location supporting the learning and development needs of hub managers and frontline leaders. This role connects operations and talent development — you need to understand how the hub runs and be able to turn that knowledge into learning that helps managers lead their teams more effectively.

You will work directly with hub leadership and in close partnership with Envoy’s Talent Development team, serving as a reliable point of contact for both. Strong communication, operational awareness, and consistent follow-through are central to success in this role.

Responsibilities

Operational Support & Manager Coaching

  • Apply knowledge of hub operations — including workflows, safety standards, scheduling, and company policies — to support managers in leading their teams with consistency and confidence.
  • Partner with hub leaders and the Talent Development team to identify root causes of performance and engagement gaps — coaching managers on team performance, motivation, and personnel actions, and recommending practical learning solutions in response.

Development & Facilitation

  • Facilitate in-person learning sessions for hub managers, including leadership workshops and skill-building programs.
  • Support the onboarding and early development of new managers entering hub leadership.
  • Administer leadership assessments and support managers in building and tracking actionable development plans.
  • Coordinate all logistics for hub training — scheduling, communications, materials, and room setup — and prepare clear, job-ready learning materials and reports.

Stakeholder Partnership & Reporting

  • Serve as a consistent, trusted point of contact between hub leadership and the Talent Development team — staying aligned with both and following through on commitments to each.
  • Track program participation, development milestones, and completion rates using LearningHub, Excel, Microsoft Forms, and Tableau.
  • Maintain accurate records and deliver regular summary reports that connect learning activity to operational outcomes.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in learning & development, organizational development, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Services, ground handling, or airline hub operations.
  • Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license; or otherwise maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs as required; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.

  • Experience facilitating training or development programs for managers or frontline employees.
  • Working knowledge of hub operations, including safety standards, team supervision, and workforce management practices.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with people at different levels of the organization.
  • Organized and self-directed — able to manage multiple priorities without close supervision.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift rapidly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Canva is a plus.
  • College degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field — or equivalent work experience.
  • Must possess the legal right to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.

Additional Requirements

  • In-person role based at a designated hub location — not a remote position.
  • 25–40% travel required.
  • Must fulfill applicable FAA criminal background checks for unescorted SIDA access, where required.
  • Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or U.S. Customs security badges, where applicable.
  • Subject to Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol testing.*
