We offer:
Salary range: $62,100 - $69,000
The Administrator, Hub Learning works on-site at a designated hub location supporting the learning and development needs of hub managers and frontline leaders. This role connects operations and talent development — you need to understand how the hub runs and be able to turn that knowledge into learning that helps managers lead their teams more effectively.
You will work directly with hub leadership and in close partnership with Envoy’s Talent Development team, serving as a reliable point of contact for both. Strong communication, operational awareness, and consistent follow-through are central to success in this role.

Requirements
Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license; or otherwise maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs as required; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.
