How will you make an impact?  

Support the Reliability team through accurate data collection, timely regulatory reporting, organized records, and preparation of meeting materials. This position supports the Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) and follows established company procedures; it does not carry the Reliability Analyst’s responsibility for engineering analysis, trend interpretation, or corrective-action recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Collect, enter, compile, and maintain reliability data and support documentation using established departmental systems and report templates.
• Process Maintenance Reliability Reports (MRRs) and supporting Service Difficulty Report (SDR) information in accordance with the Envoy General Procedures Manual; coordinate missing or incomplete information with the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare and submit initial and supplemental SDRs in accordance with established procedures and applicable reporting deadlines.
• Compile and prepare Mechanical Interruption Summary (MIS) and Aircraft/Engine Utilization reports; coordinate required review and approval before distribution or submission.
• Review collected MRRs for engine in-flight shutdown occurrences and enter the required information in the Engine Utilization report template.
• Maintain reporting calendars and monitor due dates to support timely preparation and submission of assigned regulatory and departmental reports.
• Maintain organized electronic copies of monthly reports and supporting records in accordance with company procedures.
• Report rogue and low-time failure components and maintain records of repeat offenders.
• Assemble and update CASS, Product Team, and project-tracker meeting materials; coordinate action-item slide updates with responsible personnel and distribute completed materials as directed.
• Provide reporting records and supporting documentation for departmental self-audits and respond to assigned reporting-related questions.
• Follow applicable CASS and General Procedures Manual requirements for assigned functions and refer technical analysis, trend evaluation, and corrective-action decisions to the Reliability Analyst or appropriate management.

Who are we looking for?

Requirements

• Minimum age: 18
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and database programs, with the ability to enter data and maintain spreadsheets and report templates accurately.
• Possess the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
• Some travel may be required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize and maintain large volumes of records and reporting information.
• Ability to prioritize recurring assignments and meet regulatory and departmental reporting deadlines.
• Ability to follow written procedures, work independently on assigned tasks, and escalate incomplete information or technical questions appropriately.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to coordinate report inputs, follow up on missing information, and support meeting preparation.
• Previous clerical, data-entry, records-management, or reporting experience preferred.
• Previous aviation maintenance documentation or reliability reporting experience preferred.
