How will you make an impact?  

Responsibilities

• Responsible for administration of surplus sales program covering aircraft tools and parts
• Manages asset control, including receipt and transfer of inventory
• Assesses on-hand inventory and market demand and makes recommendations for developing customer base and promoting sales
• Compiles and analyzes required data to support sales transactions
• Assists in establishing and maintaining business processes and procedures
• Provides customer support for inquiries, sales quotes and customer credit applications
• Prepares and processes sales quotes, invoices, export documents and related correspondence
• Prepares items for shipment and transacts in accordance with Federal, State and company regulations
• Maintains sales files and performs audits as required
• Coordinates with internal departments as required to support various functions and compliance
• Ensures compliance with company and legal requirements

Who are we looking for?

Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18
• High School Diploma or GED
• College degree preferred
• Must possess intermediate PC skills, including Word and Excel
• Solid understanding of warehouse procedures and ability to perform warehouse functions
• Positive safety record
• Basic knowledge of exporting and importing of parts to other countries
• Experience with aircraft components preferred
• Knowledge of Hazmat 49 CFR and Dangerous Goods IATA and ability to successfully complete associated training
• Ability to perform duties in warehouse and office environments
• Must be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing, with various levels of people, both internal and external to the Company
• Must be able to review and understand standard business documents, various correspondence and numeric data
• Intermediate problem solving skills required
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, oral and written skills
• Ability to responsibly and properly handle, process, and protect confidential information
• Possess the legal right to work in the United States
• Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
